Welcome to
the Cinnamonwood Home Owners Association web site. We are a
non-profit HOA dedicated to making our small community one of
the best in Salem. Check out the video of our neighborhood in
the upper right. This site has our monthly meeting
minutes, financial sheets, and list of board members. Your
feedback is welcome. Save this web address www.CinnamonwoodHOA.org as a
favorite.
HOA Board meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month except
for December. They are held on Zoom and start at 6:30
pm. Community members are encouraged to attend any or all meetings
and are notified of the meetings via email. If you would like to
attend, please send an email to
cinnamonwood@comcast.net
Any homeowner who may be
interested in serving on the Board, please let us know who you are.
We meet once per month and members serve a three-year term. If you
travel and are unable to attend our monthly board meetings in
person, we ask that you be willing to use our technology option in
order to attend for quorum purposes.
The Board would like to
suggest:
• That all residents
leave their front porch and other front lights on all night for
security purposes.
• That those homeowners backing up to Rees Hill Road weekly check
outside your back fences and pick up any litter or garbage that may
be there.
