03/02/2013 Tom and Polk are organizing the food for the trip.  Our outfitter Pro River has tools for us to build the menus.  Please fill out your Food Preference Form by March 15 and email back to Tom.  The Pro Classic Menu is the base we use before we make our changes.  See the Pro Full Menu for all possible selections but we can always request other things that not on the menus too.  We will eat well and have fun making our meals but it is a lot work to feed 16 people.
