4/9&10&17&19-26/2022 Tim and Julie going to St Mary's Auction Night while we went out to dinner with Liz, Addy and Aaron; lunch in Portland with Mehdi, Nazi and Roxanna (good friends we had not seen for 35 years); Easter dinner at Tim and Julie's with Aaron, Addy, Liz, Cormac, Lane, Amy and Steve; trip to New York for Kelsey's 40th birthday; train up the Hudson to visit Jeanne and Eddie and their two cats; setting up for Kelsey's 40th birthday party and Calcium Fortified art show in an amazing space in Soho with Ryan, Phil (sketch artist), Chris (photos) and Duane (sketch artist); we got to meet a lot of Kelsey and Ryan's friends at the well-attended party the next evening, it was a fun time; a visit to the new Little Island park and Pier 57 right on the Hudson and then dinner at Chelsea Market. 3/22-4/2/2022 Fly to Independence and Albany then lunch at the Flight Deck in Cessna 172 Skyhawk with Ramesh and Pete ; visit Matt and family over Matt's birthday (turned 42) and Liam's birthday (turned 10) in Naperville with Colin, Olivia and Tess; took Colin to Kendall Elementary School with teacher Ms Ash; spring break vacation to Wisconsin Dells and Wilderness On the Lake Resort with 4 different indoor water parks; Liam loved all the water slides and Colin liked the bumper boats with squirt guns; thanks to Olivia for most of the pictures. 1/30&31&2/7&14&21&25&28&3/7&14&16/2022 Another fun day at Wings and Waves water park and Serendipity Ice Cream Shop with Aaron, Addy and Liz in McMinnville and then dinner with Tim and Julie; Roads End hike 6 miles1000 feet on the coast; Winter VB team with Ashley, April, Shelby, Kyle and Jeremy; Latourell Falls and Bridal Veil hike 4 miles 1000 feet in the Gorge; backsplash installed and our kitchen is finally done; Stormy Valentine's Day at the coast; Cape Perpetua hike 4 miles 200 feet; fly to McMinnville for lunch with Ramesh in Cessna 172 Skyhawk; Triple, Horsetail and Pony Falls hike 4 miles 1000 feet in gorge, first time since 2017 fire and it is still in bad shape; Bob Straub State Park hike 5 miles 100 feet on the coast near Pacific City; Spring VB team with April, Ashley, Shelby, Derek and Kelly; MG's farewell lunch with Tom's work crew at the Yard in Salem; Wahclella Falls hike 2 miles 200 feet in the gorge, last time did this hike Liz was a baby. snowboarding and skiing with Ramesh and Pranav at Hoodoo, 3 1/2 inches of powder and very nice conditions; ordered a Silver Subaru Outback 2022 which should be delivered by June.
