9/15/&22&28-29&10/6&10-12/2025 Bachelor Mt hike 4 miles 1200 feet, not much snow on Mt Jefferson; lunch at the Yard in Salem with work friends Ramesh, MD, Jennifer, Betza and Jeff; Marion and Ann Lakes hike with nice falls Marion and Gatch Falls 6 miles 1100 feet; kayaking down the Willamette from Salem to Spring Valley Greenway 10 miles with Jennifer, Will and Diane; Crescent Mt hike 9.4 miles 2400 feet, now Mt Jefferson has some snow; Olallie Butte hike 7.1 miles 2600 feet; Half Dome in Yosemite National Park 17.5 miles 5300 feet over 13 hours hike with Elle, Ziv and Yvette, hardest hike I have done in a long time; Yosemite Falls and Mirror Lake loop 6 miles 500 feet with Elle and Ziv; visit Kirby in Berkeley before heading back home; fall volleyball team with Tamra, Danae, Noah, Sonya and Erik. 8/1-4&10-11&18&22&25&31&9/1&4-7/2025 Fly to Kalispell to pick up our Subaru Outback at Collision Craft all fixed up after hitting a deer (it looks perfect); visit Bridgette in Coram and she made us some delicious meals including a pretty quiche; on the drive back home stopped to see Chris, Bear, Barb, Billy and Brian in Glendale, Idaho (sorry no pics); 7th Annual kayak and paddleboard down the Willamette River with Jennifer, Mary, Dianne and Will; Middle Pyramid hike 4.8 miles 1800 feet; Battle Axe Mountain hike loop 6.1 miles 1800 feet; fishing at Detroit Lake with Ramesh on his boat on a hot day but no luck catching any fish; Pamelia Lake and Grizzly Peak 10.6 miles 2800 feet; Labor Day Weekend BBQ at Julie's with Aaron, Addy, Liz, Ellin and Tim and of course a game of Schneider; Workers Over Billionaires protest in Salem; 25th Annual Sierra hike Ruby Lake 5.5 miles 1800 feet, Dorothy Lake 12 miles 2000 feet, Little Lakes, Gem Lake and Morgan Pass 7.5 miles 1800 feet with bad smoke blowing in the last hour hiking out with John, Larry, Carol, Mark, Jim, Tim, Michelle, Mike, Linda, Fernando and Joel.
